Order Cancellation Policy
- If the goods have been dispatched or delivered, and there is any reason you change your mind and wish to cancel the order please give us a written notice via email ASAP and we will guide you through the process, you can do this within 14 days of receiving the good
- You will not be entitled to this cancellation period should the item being considered for return be something that deteriorates quickly and has a limited expiration date
- Non-refundable products are defined under the term
“Perishable food and drinks”
- Cancellation will be accepted only upon the customer’s written notice
- We would request you to send the product back to us as soon as you can after the cancellation, customer has duty of care during the time the product reaches us
- Customer must send goods back to us with the customer’s own cost unless we have delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective, in those conditions we will bear the return cost
- We must receive the product in its original packaging and in a resalable condition
- Once we receive the item back to our warehouse and if everything is fine we will make the refund to you within 3 to 5 days
- You will be asked to provide the photo of the product if its quality or package damage complain
- We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense
- Please note all shipping charges are non-refundable
- Customer is under no obligation so therefore the customer can cancel their account any time they want
Customer responsibilities:
- Customer are requested to sign for accepting the delivery
- We request all customers to open their parcel as soon as they receive it and all the fresh vegetables should be stored in the fridge and any frozen food should be put in the freezer, if you are not happy with any product please contact us via email or phone within 24 hours of receiving the goods, we will try our best to resolve the issue
