Return process of the product can be restricted depending on the category of the product as mentioned in our cancellation policy, fruit and vegetable, frozen food and dairy products, incense products, these products can only be returned in accordance with your legal rights.
Refund will only give on above products in accordance with your legal rights, if the product is faulty, damaged or unfit for purpose, please contact us immediately.
You will be asked for photographic evidence for any faulty goods and under quality products.
Refund will only be made via the credit/debit card which was used for original transaction and will have the post and package charge deducted, where the order qualifies for free post and packaging we will deduct postage and packaging charge from the refund and we reserve the right to any other charges incurred by a credit card charge transaction fee.
